Returns and Exchange Policy

We stand by our workmanship and styling and would like you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  Please call us to discuss sizing concerns prior to purchase, we will happily assist. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please return the unworn, unwashed, undamaged garment, complete with tags and intact packaging within 14 days for a full refund or exchange, minus the cost of postage.  The cost of return postage is at the customer's expense. 

Sales items and garments "made to order" cannot be returned or exchanged if you change your mind.

If the goods are faulty or you consider that they were not as described, please return the item to us and we will exchange or refund the purchase price and postage.

Return/Exchange Process:

1. Please contact us via email or telephone to discuss the nature of your concerns so that we can best assist you prior to sending your goods.
2. Return the item, complete with receipt to the address nominated by us.  Please enclose a self addressed, pre-paid postage satchel if you wish to exchange.
